They seem to have changed the Brooks Glycerin. This is my 3rd pair, and these aren't nearly as cushy as the others. Also, the toe box is narrower. They're nowhere near as comfortable as my old pairs are now. I think I'll look elsewhere for my next pair of running shoes.

I had bought the Glycerin 8's in the spring from a runner's store for $125. I definitely wore them down, and LOVED them! I also have orthodic-inserts that my doc recommends I put in all my exercise shoes. My orthodics fit perfectly, and this is BY FAR my favorite shoe with them! My last shoe was an Asics Gel-Nimbus, which I loved at the time. But after these, they weren't even close! It was AWESOME to buy the same shoe (last year's model) for WAY cheaper then my original pair! Have had a few runs in these shoes, and still in love. Sturdy, yet light-weight. And I have yet to get a blister in these shoes! These will definitely be by go-to for as long as them make them!

I have wide feet for a woman after 6 pregnancies, and these shoes are comfortable and give me the room that my toes need while giving the support at the arch and snug at the heel. I walk a lot and run a little and these shoes are perfect for my activity level.
